You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to align business goals with technical solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBusiness Analysis:Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.\nCreate detailed documentation including user stories, use cases, and process flows.\nConduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.\nCollaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure user requirements are met in the design process.\nValidate that developed solutions meet business needs through thorough testing and feedback loops.\nEngage with stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities, and expectations.\nProvide regular updates and demonstrations of project progress to stakeholders.\n\nScrum Master Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nEnsure the Scrum team follows Agile best practices and principles.\nRemove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth progress of the Scrum team.\nMonitor and report on team performance metrics and progress toward project goals.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements.\n\nProject Coordination:Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.\nCommunicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.\nMaintain project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible.\n\nTechnical Skills:\n Agile and Scrum:Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.\nProven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and guiding teams in Agile best practices.\nProficiency in using Agile project management tools, particularly Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).\n\n Continuous Integration /Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) to streamline the development and deployment process is a plus.\nKnowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and branching strategies is a plus.\n\nDevelopment and Delivery:Experience in delivering web and mobile applications is a plus.\nBasic understanding of web and mobile app development technologies and frameworks.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.\n\nQualifications:\nProven experience as an IT Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.\nCertification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.\nPreferred Skills:\nAdvanced proficiency in Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).\nExperience with user-centered design principles and working with UX/UI teams.\nAbility to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.\nKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.\nStrong facilitation skills and the ability to lead productive meetings and
