benefits, using data to guide change or continued investment.\nManage or mentor associate product managers and product managers where required.\nEssential skills and experience\nStrong experience managing digital products through discovery, delivery and continuous improvement.\nAbility to create product strategies, roadmaps and prioritised plans that stakeholders understand and support.\nGood understanding of Agile and Lean practices, user-centred design and product life cycle management.\nExperience using quantitative and qualitative insight to make prioritisation and roadmap decisions.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.\nAbility to coach team members and represent product management in senior discussions.\nDesirable skills and experience\nExperience writing or contributing to business cases and value propositions.\nExperience with digital analytics, experimentation, service standards or performance measurement.\nExperience in client-facing, public-sector or high-risk product environments.\nWhat success looks like\nThe product roadmap is evidence-based, realistic and focused on outcomes.\nThe team understands priorities and delivers value incrementally.\nProduct decisions are transparent, measurable and aligned to user and business
