As AI Marketing Prompt Engineer, you’ll translate marketing briefs into effective prompts and reusable prompt patterns that help teams produce high-quality first drafts faster. You’ll test and improve AI outputs, build practical best practice and help colleagues use generative AI confidently, responsibly and with clear human oversight.\nKey responsibilities:\nTurn complex marketing and communications briefs into clear, effective and structured prompts for generative AI tools.\nDesign, test and refine multi-step prompt approaches for campaigns, articles, scripts and other marketing content.\nCreate and maintain a central library of reusable prompt templates, guidance and best practice examples.\nEvaluate AI-generated content for quality, accuracy, tone of voice, brand alignment and appropriate use.\nExplore new AI tools and techniques, identifying practical use cases that improve speed, consistency and productivity.\nCoach Marketers and Content Creators, helping them build confidence while following security, risk and governance standards.\nWork arrangements:\nAt AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
