You will shape and lead the AI product strategy, collaborating with stakeholders across AXA to deliver innovative solutions that meet critical business needs. Your expertise in AI, strong communication skills, and cross-team collaboration will drive impactful outcomes.\nMain missions\nYour responsibilities include:\nVision & Strategy: Collaborate with Business Innovation department to refine and communicate the AI solutions vision and strategy in the selected transformation programme.\nStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business units, data scientists, engineers, and external partners, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs and integration capabilities.\nBacklog Management: Prioritize and manage the Capability scaling backlog, ensuring that technical tasks are well-defined and aligned with the overall stream roadmap.\nUser-Centric Approach: Advocate for users by coordinating research and ensuring that AI solutions meet user expectations and manage IT constraints effectively.\nPerformance Tracking: Follow metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionality.\nLong-term Vision: Contribute to the long-term vision of the CoE, exploring innovative applications of AI technologies and identifying opportunities for scaling solutions across AXA.\nDocumentation & Training: Oversee the creation of product and technical documentation, the code sharing strategy and implementation guides to support integration within business units.\nExpected skills & experience\nWe are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:\nExperience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.\nProven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in AI, technology, or insurance sectors.\n\nTechnical skills\nStrong understanding of AI technologies, data integration, and business processes, especially ithe insurance sector.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).\nSoft skills / transversal skills\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.\nWhat we offer\nWe bring together the expertise, cultural diversity and creativity of over 8,000 employees worldwide and we’re committed to equal opportunities in all aspects of employment (gender, LGBT+, disabled persons, or people of different origins) and to promoting Diversity & Inclusion by creating a work environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect, and where individual differences are valued.\nAbout the entity\nAXA is becoming a sustainable tech-led company and at AXA Group Operations we are one of the major catalysts for this transformation.\nWe set the tone by triggering and empowering the evolution of our insurance business model through technology and innovation, driving its concrete implementation globally at speed, with a high quality of advisory and execution.\nWe are present across 17 countries with committed, highly qualified teams.
