accelerate the adoption of Generative AI and automation capabilities within GRM by designing, industrializing, and operating AI-assisted solutions for document production, analysis, and knowledge extraction.\nThe secondary mission is to contribute to data engineering initiatives, especially within the AXA Global Data Platform (GDP) ecosystem, leveraging Databricks and Azure data services.\nThe role combines AI Prompt Engineering, AI Solution Industrialization, Data Engineering, and operational support activities\nWhat you’ll be DOING\nWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\n1) AI Prompt Engineering & AI Solution Design (Core Mission)\nDesign, test, and optimize prompts for GenAI use cases across GRM.\nBuild reusable prompt libraries and prompt patterns supporting risk reporting, executive summaries, regulatory documentation, technical documentation generation, research and analytical processes, and knowledge management activities.\nDevelop structured prompting frameworks and best practices suitable for enterprise-wide reuse.\nMeasure and improve prompt quality through iterative testing and user feedback.\nMonitor AI output quality and continuously improve accuracy, relevance, consistency, and explainability.\nStay current on advancements in Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and emerging AI tooling.\n2) Document Production Automation\nIdentify opportunities for automation across GRM documentation processes.\nDesign and implement AI-assisted solutions for automated report generation, document drafting and enrichment, content summarization, information extraction, knowledge retrieval, and regulatory and governance deliverables.\nSupport the industrialization of AI-powered production workflows integrated with Microsoft and AXA technology environments.\nEnsure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with governance requirements.\n3) Analytical Enablement & Decision Support\nSupport GRM teams in leveraging AI to accelerate analytical activities.\nDevelop AI-assisted approaches for data interpretation, trend analysis, risk investigation, scenario exploration, and research acceleration.\nWork closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical needs into AI-enabled workflows.\nContribute to experimentation and proof-of-concept initiatives demonstrating business value.\n4) Data Engineering Contribution (Secondary Mission)\nSupport the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines within the GDP ecosystem.\nDevelop and maintain Databricks notebooks, data workflows, data transformations, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data quality controls.\nContribute to the integration of AI use cases with enterprise datasets.\nOptimize data processing performance and reliability.\nParticipate in troubleshooting and operational support activities when required.\n5) Governance, Industrialization & Knowledge Sharing\nContribute to AI governance and responsible AI practices.\nDocument solutions, architecture decisions, prompt libraries, and operational procedures.\nParticipate in Communities of Practice across AI, data engineering, and automation domains.\nSupport training and enablement of GRM users adopting GenAI solutions.\nAct as a trusted advisor for GRM stakeholders regarding AI capabilities and limitations.\nYou will report to Vice President, Group Services.\nWhat you will BRING\nWe’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:\nRequired Skills and Abilities:\nGenerative AI & Prompt Engineering\nRobu practical experience with Generative AI platforms, Prompt Engineering techniques, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-assisted automation workflows.\nAbility to design, evaluate, and optimize prompts for enterprise use cases.\nUnderstanding of RAG architectures, AI Agents, knowledge-grounded AI systems, and evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs.\nSoftware & Automation Development\nExperience in Python development.\nAbility to build automation components, APIs, and workflow integrations.\nKnowledge of software engineering best practices, version control, testing, and documentation.\nDesired Skills and Abilities:\nAbility to interact effectively with business stakeholders.\nGood analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nCapacity to translate business requirements into technology solutions.\nNice-to-have (advantages)\nData Engineering & Databricks\nHands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, SQL, Azure Data Platform, and Data Lake architectures.\nExperience developing production-grade data pipelines.\nKnowledge of Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Databricks Workflows, and Data Governance concepts.\nAI Industrialization\nExperience deploying enterprise AI solutions.\nExposure to Azure AI services, vector databases, Semantic Search, and Knowledge Management platforms.\nInsurance & Risk
