The QA and DA team’s core aim is to assist Claims audit functions by providing support and expertise to all internal and external quality-related activity. The focus of the Global QA Framework is to improve claims outcomes through the QA cycle.\nWhat you’ll be DOING\nWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\nIdentification of necessary claims initiatives and good practice.\nIdentify continuous improvement opportunities and support the implementation of them.\nIdentify trends, themes, and risk-based focus areas (e.g. via Global landscape analysis and clearly articulated MI requirements).\nCoordinating and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., QA Managers, Auditors, TPAs, other claim functions, etc.) to ensure the highest level of quality service.\nBe responsible for the flow of day-to-day operations.\nResponsible for the timely production and circulation of various QA Global Claims dashboards which provide key stakeholders with a high-level overview of key findings, trends, risks, and themes.\nAnalyzing QA output and adding insights into monthly and quarterly summary reports for the Global Claims function and other key stakeholder requirements.\nProducing ad hoc reports, as required, by the Head of QA and other key stakeholders.\nFoster or maintain a collaborative relationship with internal and external customers.\nYou will report to Assistant Manager Claims.\nWhat you will BRING\nWe’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:\nRequired Skills and Abilities:\nDemonstrates exceptional organizational skills in managing a high workload and multiple concurrent tasks/projects.\nPossess effective technical and operational claims expertise.\nProficient in MS Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.\nDelivers excellent written output.\nMeet set processing targets/ SLA.\nDesired Skills and Abilities:\nRelevant years of minimum work experience.\nAn extensive background working within insurance, reinsurance, BFSI, and operations.\nGraduate / post-graduate with commerce background with 50% and above aggregate in the highest qualification. \nAbility to interact with senior management and multiple stakeholders.\nEffective organizational skills.\nEffective communication and presentation skills.\nEffective data analysis skills including proficiency in the use of MS Excel/PowerPoint / Power BI.\nWho WE are\nAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
