It supports subsidiaries worldwide by ensuring strategic alignment, governance, operational and technical excellence, consistency of standards, and the sharing of best practices across the organization.\nWith nearly 1,000 employees representing 45 nationalities, the headquarters embodies AXA’s strong international culture and offers a dynamic, collaborative, and intellectually stimulating environment: where global impact meets everyday teamwork.\nIf these ambitions resonate with you, come and help shape the future of protection with us!\nWithin Enterprise Risk Management, you will join the Financial Risks and Transversal Processes team as Risk Analyst.\nYOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nWhat You’ll Do :\nSupport the Market and Credit SCR calculation process, as well as financial instrument data uploads, data validation, and quality controls.\nPerform studies and analyses of asset and derivatives portfolios, including investment and financial risk-related topics.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance internal tools and reporting solutions used for portfolio and financial risk monitoring.\nProduce and analyze Risk Appetite indicators and key financial risk metrics, in collaboration with FRM Group teams.\nContribute to the Credit and Financial STEC analysis, including analysis of changes by risk module and sub-module and explanation of quarterly movements.\nSupport financial risk reporting and Specific analyses, providing insights on portfolio developments, risk exposures, and investment-related topics.\nYOUR PROFILE\nWho You Are\nStrong analytical and programming skills, with proficiency in Python and/or R, and good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nGood understanding of financial instruments, financial markets, risk measurement, and the Solvency II framework.\nAcademic or professional knowledge in mathematics, actuarial science, finance, risk management, or reinsurance, with an interest in further developing expertise in these areas.\nStrong problem-solving and investigation skills, with the ability to analyze complex topics, draw relevant conclusions, and clearly explain results.\nProactive, rigorous, and collaborative, with initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to develop expertise in financial risk and Solvency II.\nWe encourage you to apply even if you do not fully meet all the qualifications listed.\nIn AXA, we are convincing that diversity did the wealth of our company.
