translate feedback into backlog items.\nPrepare process/operating procedures, training content and adoption plans for business teams.\nWork closely with Senior Business Stakeholders, Platform Owner and Scrum Master to prioritize value, manage scope and orchestrate releases.\nCompliance and responsible AI\nEnsure requirements embed information security, data privacy (PII), model risk and responsible AI expectations.\nSupport controls evidence, traceability and regulatory documentation in a financial services context.\nValue realization and change management\nBenefit tracking (time saved, accuracy uplift, NPS/CSAT, STP rates), set up baseline and post-go-live measurement.\nPlan and support change, training and comms to drive adoption and business outcomes.\nQualifications:\nUniversity degree in Business, Information Systems, Data/Analytics or related disciplines.\n3-5 years in business analysis or product roles, with proven experience in digital/data/AI initiatives.\nExperience in insurance/financial services or large, regulated enterprises is an advantage.\nStrong requirements gathering, user story / acceptance criteria writing, and process modeling\nData literacy: comfort with datasets, SQL basics, data quality concepts and lineage;
