Sales Growth and Cross-sell Execution\nSupport the achievement of cross-sell revenue and business targets through effective conversion of EB members into individual product customers.\nExecute customer outreach activities, promotional initiatives, and direct-engagement programmes to increase product awareness and adoption.\nWork closely with sales and distribution teams to identify opportunities and improve cross-sell effectiveness.\nDrive proactive outreach direct engagement to monitor the cross-sell target.\nProactively monitor sales performance against targets and take timely actions to close any gaps.\n2. Sales Channel Support\nSupport day-to-day EB cross-sell activities across direct and tied distribution channels.\nDevelop and maintain sales-support materials, including sales scripts, sales guides, digital assets, product information, and frequently asked questions.\nCoordinate briefings, training sessions, and sharing of sales best practices.\nAnswer operational enquiries and work with relevant teams to resolve issues affecting lead conversion or customer experience.\nSupport the development of a productive, customer-focused, and collaborative sales culture.\n3. Campaign Management\nCoordinate and support cross-sell campaigns across worksite, virtual, and digital channels.\nMonitor campaign progress and prepare performance updates for stakeholders.\nWork with relevant teams to ensure effective campaign delivery.\nMaintain proper records of leads, customer engagement, campaign activities, and business outcomes.\nRecommend campaign enhancements based on customer response, sales feedback, and funnel performance.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.\nExposure to EB, health, protection, or individual insurance products would be an advantage.\nExperience in sales performance, business development, lead management, sales reporting, or campaign coordination is preferred.\nStrong communication, stakeholder-management, and coordination skills.\nAble to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.\nGood command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.\nAbout AXA Hong Kong and Macau\nAXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
