This role is pivotal in maximising income and revenue, delivering profitable growth, and strengthening our strategic broker partnerships. You’ll be responsible for managing relationships, implementing joint development plans, and driving performance across your broker panel to meet Gross Written Premium (GWP), profit, and customer satisfaction targets.\nKey responsibilities:\nManage a panel of 5-7 strategic broker accounts aligned with the National Trading Centre (NTC), ensuring the delivery of Gross Written Premium (GWP), profit, and retention targets.\nAct as the key interface for strategic broker relationships, fostering trust and collaboration to optimise mutual opportunities.\nDeliver the National Trading Centre (NTC) proposition to designated broker accounts, supporting their development plans and strategic growth.\nConduct regular reviews of broker development plans, including delivering joint development reviews with senior management and regional teams.\nPlan, forecast, and manage the broker panel’s performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and budgets.\nLead and coordinate targeted sales campaigns across all broker partners to drive growth and retention.\nUndertake profit reviews with brokers, identifying areas for improvement and leading conversations to optimise profitability and performance.\nReview progress against plans, taking remedial action as needed, and prospect new opportunities to expand the broker panel and market reach.\nWork arrangements:\nAt AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least three days a week (60%) away from home.
