You’ll help drive operational excellence by managing project trackers, frameworks and reports that showcase the value we deliver. While you won’t be directly creating data assets, you’ll work closely with analysts to support reporting, stakeholder engagement and fostering a data-literate culture. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and want to help shape our broader data strategy, this is the perfect opportunity to grow and make a difference.\nKey responsibilities:\nAssist in creating, validating, and maintaining high quality operational data reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.\nSupport the management of the ‘Data Output Catalogue’ and collaborate with the Data Governance team on its integration within Collibra.\nHelp develop and redesign processes and support the setup of a SharePoint site to promote transparency and easy access for stakeholders.\nProvide administrative support for frameworks such as partnership packs, project trackers and communication materials.\nPrepare materials, presentations, and reports for meetings, workshops and internal updates.\nGather stakeholder feedback to identify data needs and enhance data storytelling for better business decision-making.\nSupport the development of dashboards and reports to monitor data usage, impact and project KPIs.\nAssist in creating case studies and success stories to demonstrate the team’s value to the wider business.\nAt AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
