missión:\nThe Financial Controlling and Performance Management Intern will be part of the LATAM and Africa + Turkey geographical area, and its missions will be mainly oriented to:\n- Preparing work files (Excel, PowerPoint) necessary for closings and continuously striving to automate processes in order to provide more accurate data.\n- Review of the control checks in the financial system (Group consolidation tool) and contacting the entities with the aim of correcting the discrepancies.\n- Participating in the IFRS closings procedures (monthly, quarterly, preclosings and forecasts) making sure that the figures are correct and submitted by the entities in a timely manner.\n- Conducting regular and occasional business analyses.\n- Providing assistance to the team members on their daily tasks based upon current needs and preparing ad-hoc reports related to the perimeter.\nCandidate profile:\nBackground and experience:\nOngoing studies (final semesters)/recent graduate, degree in Finance/Audit & Accounting/ Controlling or similar.\nPrevious practical experience in the field is an advantage.\nTechnical and professional skills:\nStrong analytical skills.\nBasic knowledge of the IFRS and accounting mechanisms.\nFluent in English.\nBasic knowledge of the insurance industry.\nVery good knowledge of Ms Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nSoft skills and competencies:\nProactive, autonomous, organized, and reliable.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nCapacity for managing tight deadlines.\nAbility to work in the international and
