As an Expert Genesys Cloud Developer, you will contribute to the development, integration and evolution of our contact center solutions while working closely with architects, business stakeholders, security specialists and project teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to progressively grow towards a Technical Lead position.\nYour daily tasks:\nYou design, develop, test and maintain solutions supporting our Customer Engagement and Contact Center platforms.\n\nYou develop and maintain integrations between Genesys Cloud and internal or external systems using REST APIs, web services, OAuth and event-driven mechanisms.\n\nYou translate business requirements and user stories into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.\n\nYou configure and develop customer interaction flows, routing logic, automation and platform integrations.\n\nYou investigate technical incidents, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.\n\nYou contribute to technical design discussions and propose pragmatic implementation approaches.\n\nYou assess technical feasibility, dependencies, risks and impacts of proposed solutions.\n\nYou collaborate closely with developers, analysts, architects, security specialists, Product Owners and business stakeholders.\n\nYou ensure compliance with security, privacy and quality standards.\n\nYou contribute to testing activities, release preparation, production support and observability practices.\n\nYou monitor technology trends and innovations within the Genesys ecosystem, including AI-enabled capabilities such as Voice Bots and Virtual Agents.\n\nYou share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.\n\nMust have skills:\nYou have at least 5 years of professional software development experience.\n\nYou have strong experience designing and developing integrations using REST APIs and web services.\n\nYou have a good understanding of OAuth 2.0, authentication and authorization mechanisms.\n\nYou have experience working with distributed systems and cloud-to-enterprise integrations.\n\nYou can analyse complex technical problems and drive them towards sustainable solutions.\n\nYou understand software engineering principles, maintainability and clean development practices.\n\nYou can translate functional requirements into technical solutions.\n\nYou are comfortable working in a complex enterprise environment involving multiple stakeholders.\n\nYou possess strong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nYou are proactive, pragmatic and quality-oriented.\n\nYou are fluent in French or Dutch and have a professional command of English.\n\nNice to have skills:\nYou have experience with Genesys Cloud CX.\n\nYou have experience with Genesys Platform APIs, Architect or Data Actions.\n\nYou have experience with contact center, customer engagement or telephony platforms.\n\nYou have knowledge of SIP, WebRTC or voice technologies.\n\nYou have experience with digital messaging platforms.\n\nYou have worked with event-driven architectures, notifications or webhooks.\n\nYou have experience with cloud integration platforms.\n\nYou have experience with API testing tools such as Postman.\n\nYou have experience integrating Contact Center platforms with CRM or enterprise applications.\n\nYou have experience with Voice Bots, Virtual Agents or AI-powered customer interaction solutions.\n\nAXA aims to be a reflection of the diverse society in which we live and has therefore been pursuing a policy of active diversity, non-discrimination, and equal opportunities for many years.
