The HR Advisor will work closely with senior team members to ensure the completion of transactional activities and the successful implementation of change initiatives. Projects will vary.\nWhatyou’ll be doing\nWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\nSupport the planning, coordinating, and executing annual HR programs and initiatives at a local level as directed by senior HR leaders.\nPerform day-to-day administrative and transactional tasks, including processing employee lifecycle changes such as hires, transfers, promotions, etc.\nAssist in delivering timely and responsive HR Support to local employees, managers, and senior-level HR partners by answering basic HR questions and routing more complex issues appropriately.\nMaintain and provide accurate employee data and records within HR systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. \nGenerate and compile reports, analyze basic HR data, and support the preparation of materials for HR and business leaders. \nAct as a HR Information systems expert and stay informed on updated HR processes and tools to effectively support HR Business Partners.\nPartner with designated HR team member to support organizational updates, including maintain org charts and tracking workforce changes. \nSupport the US HR Management Team and designated HRBPs by preparing reports, analyzing data, producing trend analysis, and managing organizational charts to ensure all business changes are current.\nYou will report to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner\nWhatyou’ll bring\nWe’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:\nRequired Skills and Abilities:\nLeads, develops and mentors a regional/local team.\nPartnership with Global HRBPs and Segments Heads.\nGraduate degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field required.\nRegarded as an expert internally and externally in their field\nEffective Leadership and management skills, including ability to establish and drive long-term strategic direction, think in global terms, but act local and demonstrate business acumen.\nInnovative thinker and solutions oriented with an eye on the future.\nWhoweare\nAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
