This is a key role that resides within the Communications and Brand function but will be responsible for driving strategic and executive communications, and employee engagement initiatives.You will work for the Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) operations across India and Poland and collaborate with relevant leaders and stakeholders to translate organizational strategy into compelling workforce narratives and ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.\nThis role offers the opportunity to shape how our organization communicates with its people, support and strengthen the business, and build capability across diverse teams.\nWhat you’ll be DOING\nWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\nStrategic Internal Communications\nDevelop and execute internal communications plans aligned to business priorities, transformation initiatives, employee engagement goals, and leadership objectives.\nTranslate complex business topics into clear, compelling, and colleague-centric narratives.\nPartner with senior leaders in India and Poland to develop messaging frameworks, presentations, talking points, intranet content, newsletters, and communication toolkits.\nManage end-to-end internal communications to support enterprise-wide initiatives including organizational change, culture programs, technology transformation, and employee engagement campaigns.\nEnsure message consistency across all internal communication channels and touchpoints.\nDevelop and execute integrated communication campaigns aligned with organizational priorities and brand guidelines.\nTranslate complex business initiatives into clear, accessible workforce narratives.\nSupport the Global Internal Communications Editorial Committee as Newsroom Manager, ensuring coordinated delivery and organizational alignment.\nLeadership Communications\nWrite and manage executive communications across ESS, including: Leadership emails, Town hall content, Executive presentations, Videos and scripts, Change communications.\nProvide communications counsel and guidance to senior stakeholders.\nCoach leaders on effective communication approaches and channel selection.\nChange & Transformation Communications\nDevelop toolkits, playbooks, briefs, and talking points for organizational change and technology transformation.\nSupport adoption of new tools and platforms through comprehensive change communication strategies and supporting materials.\nCreate frameworks for communicating strategic drivers and organizational behaviors\nPartner with business and HR stakeholders on transformation initiatives.\nDevelop communication toolkits, FAQs, stakeholder maps, leader guides, and communication plans.\nMeasure communication effectiveness and recommend enhancements.\nStakeholder Management\nBuild robust relationships in India and Poland across: Country Leadership, HR, Operations, Technology, Inclusion & Diversity leadership, Global Communications & Brand Teams.\nAct as a trusted communications advisor to internal stakeholders.\nDrive alignment and coordination across multiple functions and geographies.\nChannel Strategy & Digital Communications\nManage and optimize AXA XL's internal communication ecosystem, including: Sociabble (POP), SharePoint/Intranet, Poppulo, ScreenCloud digital signage, Slido, Email communications, Newsletters, Town halls and virtual events.\nManage intranet strategy, ensuring content is current, accessible, and engaging.\nChampion digital tools and platforms that enhance communication effectiveness.\nAnalytics & Reporting\nEstablish KPIs for campaigns and communication programs.\nAnalyze channel performance, engagement metrics, readership, and campaign effectiveness.\nDevelop dashboards and reports for stakeholders and leadership teams.\nGenerate actionable insights to improve communication effectiveness.\nLeverage analytics to support data-driven decision making.\nAI & Innovation\nIntegrate generative AI into content workflows and organizational processes.\nTranslate AI capabilities and limitations into practical workforce implications.\nChampion AI adoption tools and organizational learning.\nEmployee Engagement & Events\nSupport planning and delivery of: Employee town halls, All-hands meetings, Leadership visits, Culture and engagement campaigns, Inclusion and Diversity initiatives, Recognition programs, Enterprise events.\nDevelop communication plans that drive awareness, participation, and engagement.\nEditorial & Content Governance\nMaintain editorial standards and content quality.\nManage communication calendars and publishing schedules.\nEnsure content aligns with AXA XL brand standards and communication guidelines.\nSupport governance processes across communication channels.\nMaintain internal communication resources, templates, and best practices.\nYou will report to Global Internal Communications Director.\nWhat you will BRING\nWe’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:\nRequired Skills and Abilities:\nRelevant years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or related strategic communications roles.\nProven expertise in strategic, executive, and transformation communications within a large global organization.\nProject and stakeholder management experience - ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.\nExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.\nRobust executive communication capability.\nAbility to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.\nAbility to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.\nOutstanding relationship-building and consultation skills.\nExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nSociabble (or similar employee advocacy/internal social platform).\nSharePoint/Intranet platforms.\nPoppulo (or enterprise email communication platforms).\nScreenCloud or digital signage solutions.\nSlido or audience engagement platforms.\nMicrosoft 365 ecosystem.\nEffective analytical mindset.\nExperience measuring communication effectiveness.\nProficiency in reporting and dashboard development.\nAbility to convert data into actionable recommendations.\nRobust organizational skills.\nExperience managing complex communication calendars and campaigns.\nAbility to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.\nDesired Skills and Abilities:\nExperience supporting change and transformation programs.\nExperience in insurance, financial services, consulting, or other regulated industries.\nUnderstanding of employee engagement best practices.\nExperience with video production and multimedia communications.\nFamiliarity with GenAI tools and AI-enabled content workflows.\nKnowledge of communication governance and channel strategy.\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Business, or related field.\nMaster's degree preferred but not essential.\nProfessional Certification in Internal Communications or Strategic Communications.\nWho WE
