AXA is seeking a versatile and dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to support the learning needs across our business. In this key role, you’ll design, deliver and evaluate a wide range of learning initiatives that enhance skills, improve performance and promote a culture of continuous development. You’ll play a crucial part in shaping the learning strategy for AXA, working across various teams and functions. Your expertise will ensure our people are equipped with the skills they need to succeed, whether through workshops, e-learning, coaching or blended learning solutions. We value innovative, collaborative and impact-driven professionals, if that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!\nKey responsibilities:\nDevelop and deliver diverse learning programs, including workshops and e-learning modules.\n\nConduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.\n\nSupport onboarding and induction to ensure successful integration of new employees and managers.\n\nDesign and curate engaging training materials and digital content for varied audiences.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organisational goals.\n\nFacilitate workshops, webinars and face-to-face sessions on soft skills, technical, and leadership topics.\n\nEvaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments and performance metrics.\n\nMaintain and update learning content, tracking outcomes for continuous improvement.\n\nWork arrangements:\nAt AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week away from home, moving to three days a week from 1st December 2026.
