The person that joins the department will also have to discuss and review all type of services agreements. We will also count on him/her to take care of the internal administrative work. The intern may also participate in some M&A files depending on the needs.\nIn AXA Madrid International Hub legal department, the intern will have the opportunity to work in various an interesting legal files, working with experienced lawyers in a truly international environment and gain a proper understanding of how a legal counsel can add value from his/her position in a multinational company. We like what we do and we work hard.\nWe need a team player who is eager to learn and is result-oriented and capable of building relationship easily given we have a number of interactions with other teams of AMIH and the countries under scope.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: What is expected of you?\nThe intern main tasks will include general support to the legal team in their day-to-day, main activities:\nReviewing all types of agreements (e.g., Service Level Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholder Agreements)\nPreparing and reviewing documentation needed for internal committees (presentations, memos, summaries, etc.)\nDrafting the documentation related with corporate law matters (powers of attorney, proxies, minutes, certificates, etc.)\nHandle the documentation and day-to-day relation required with notaries, registries and embassies.\nUpdating the Corporate Information in the Group Database\nPROFILE: What you bring to the role?\nAcademic background: Law degree or a Double Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Law. A specialization in Corporate Law is preferable.\nLanguages: Spanish, English (Proficiency level, C1-C2) and French is an additional asset.\nAdvanced profiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nStrong communications skills\nAbitility to multitask effectively and adapt to fast-paced environments.\nProfessional, proactive and detail-oriented work style.\nAvailability: Full-time internship starting April 2026, with a duration of 1 year (6+6 months)\nAt AXA, we actively promote Diversity and Inclusion by offering equal opportunities.
