Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with collaborative behaviour will be essential to the role.\nWhat you’ll be DOING\nWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\nBecome the Subject Matter Expert for all matters Multinational. \nWork collaboratively with the offshore teams who provide processing and credit control services.\nDevelop deep knowledge of systems and processes and keep abreast of new guidelines. \nBuild meaningful relationships with colleagues around the world.\nMonitoring financial bookings accuracy via reports.\nAt request of Underwriting, ensure timely and high-quality implementation of mid-term endorsements, issuance of certificates of insurance and focus on premium collection monitoring (according to the processing rules and guidelines, incl. system data entries).\nAddress requests originating from client/broker immediately and refer to Underwriters if required.\nEnsure data quality accuracy ratios meet the defined level/metrics.\nYou will report to the Team Lead - Multinational Solutions Team- Sydney, Australia.\nWhat you will BRING\nWe’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:\nRequired Skills and Abilities:\nUnderstands the importance of why, and getting the little details right.\nThis is a technical role that also requires in-depth soft skills, and a customer service approach, so the candidate must be able to work in a data and deadline-driven environment and be able to communicate effectively.\nA continuous improvement outlook, a willingness to ask questions and explore new ideas is highly valued.\nMust be happy to work autonomously and enjoy collaborating with team members, often in a virtual environment.\nProficient Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel.\nDesired Skills and Abilities:\nPrior experience in corporate insurance, with previous experience in or a desire to learn about Multinational Solutions Services / International Policies / Global Programs would be highly valued.\nWho WE are\nAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
