The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes to enhance speed, accuracy, customer, broker, employee experience. This role plays a key part in driving automation, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making within our organization.\nThe candidate will also be managing stream within transformation program which requires PMO or project management skills\nKey Responsibilities:\nUncover and clarify business activities & needs and actively drive the discussions about processes with the business\nDesign end-to-end processes and align processes to customer, broker and employee journeys.\nMap the current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes using Business Process Modeling techniques, ensuring coherence and efficiency.\nIdentify process innovation, optimizations, simplification and automation opportunities in a transversal mindset. Focus on process coherence and redesign processes for speed, efficiency, and customer experience.\nGather and analyze process performance metrics such as cycle times, error rates, straight-to-process (STP) rates, and rework.\nDefine data collection requirements to measure process performance, leveraging process mining, dashboards, and data analysis tools.\nCollaborate with business, compliance, security, and data teams to ensure processes meet regulatory and Group & local organizational requirements.\nFacilitate stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication\nQualifications & Skills:\nProven experience in process analysis, process engineering, or similar in a relevant field like Insurance, Banking, Finance, etc.\nStrong knowledge of BPMN, process modeling, and process mapping tools.\nAnalytical skills with proficiency in process metrics, data analysis, and process mining.\nExcellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.\nAbility to translate complex activities into clear end-to-end process flows.\nExperience with process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nYou have excellent knowledge of Dutch or French, you understand and speak the other language at B2 level, and you have at least B1 level proficiency in English.\nKey Deliverables:\nBusiness process models and journey blueprints (“as-is” and “to-be”)\nGap analysis between current and future processes\nList of automation, innovation, and simplification opportunities\nProcess improvement proposals\nTransversal process optimization plans\nRisk assessment and compliance-to-process checklist\nJoin us and help shape the future of our business processes through innovative solutions and data-driven insights.\nAXA aims to be a reflection of the diverse society in which we live and has therefore been pursuing a policy of active diversity, non-discrimination, and equal opportunities for many years.
