Ensure delivery into production does not impact operations or Quality of Service.\nManage relationships with project stakeholders at all levels.\nAssist in the definition and documentation of project scope, objectives, plan and budget.\nPrepare and maintain up-to-date project plans and budget forecasts for all aspects of the project delivery and actively monitor project progress and actuals throughout the project lifecycle.\nPrepare high quality project plans and status for executive reporting.\nPrepare and chair regular project meetings, Steering Committees.\nEstablish formal and informal communications plans.\nPlan and coordinate resources across multiple providers both internal and external.\nCapture and actively manage risks, issues and dependencies throughout project planning and execution.\nDevelop and refine project cost estimates and manage and report on budget actuals vs forecast for the life of each project.\nManage the project scope under tight change control. Prepare and seek approval for project change requests for changes to project scope, schedule or costs.\nDeliver projects adhering to AXA’s Project Management Standards and Governance Frameworks. Provide supporting evidence of adherence to standards when requested.\nActively drive progress by coordinating, leading and challenging the technical resources.\nWork with technical resources and management to confirm and resolve priority issues when demand exceeds capacity.\nEnsure proper hand over to BAU support and stakeholder sign-off before project is closed.\nManage third-party vendor project engagements including preparation of Statement of Work (SOW) and purchase requisitions and ensuring invoices are approved and coded to the project as required.\nSetup and manage project collaboration sites in Sharepoint or Teams.\n\nExpected skills & experience\nWe are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:\nExperience\nMust be fluent and articulate in English (professional - written and verbal).At least 5 years of experience in IT project management on mid-large scale projects.\nExperience in delivering IT projects, i.e. exhibit a working knowledge of Infrastructure technologies.\nPMP or Prince2 Certification (or equivalent) is required, including experience in Agile project delivery.\nExperienced in delivering concurrent projects of various sizes and complexities, throughout the entire project lifecycle.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills at all levels, including Execs.\nExperienced at presenting to senior stakeholders and end-users to foster success.\nAbility to describe complex technical plans and requirements to senior stakeholders in simple terms.\nHigh degree of planning and organizational skills, as well as effective time management in order to meet deadlines.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve key issues and blockers.\nAbility to look for quick wins, tactical approaches and ways to reduce risk.\nAccustomed to working within a customer/supplier environment.\nAbility to work with little direct supervision and work effectively, often remotely, in a team environment where project teams are not co-located.\nAdvanced working knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools and MS-Office Suite required.
