This includes motivation, guidance, to ensure team can be able to match to detail design of software solutions to high level of architecture.\nJOB SCOPES:\nSoftware Engineer:\nLeading research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, and network distribution software.\n\nManaging software design of implementing software solution to descript all aspect of the software for building & software configuration management.\n\nLeading the application of management activities-planning, coordinating, measuring, monitoring, controlling, and reporting-to ensure that the development and maintenance of software is systematic, disciplined, and quantified.\n\nHands-on in process construction through a combination of coding, verification, unit testing, integration testing and debugging.\n\nModification of a software product after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes.\n\nLeading the software quality process to cover reliability, efficiency, security and maintainability.\n\nManaging source code reviewing\n\nLeading for development practice such as incremental delivery, continuous integration, deployment in systematic method.\n\nLeadership:\nDevelop the knowledge and skills of team members to deliver which facilitates an exceptional customer experience by team building, development, leadership and motivation.\n\nEvaluating outcomes and revising future processes based on learning from experience\n\nProactively initiate and develop quality improvements to systems, processes and practices\n\nDrive for high quality, actionable results\n\nProvide leadership to ensure that services to stakeholders, are delivered to agreed standards\n\nSupport and coach your team using your technical knowledge and experience to drive best practice and ensure capability is optimised.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.\nAt least 10 years experienced in Software Development, with 5 years in Java Development.\n Proven 5 years’ experience in leading or managing development team\nDeep experience and knowledge of the full software delivery life cycle (SDLC).\nExperience of key programming languages of Java or Kotlin, Spring Boot & React are required .\nAdditional experiences of JavaScript, NodeJS, Docker, Jenkins, OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS would be advantage.\n\nGood experience with development and delivery practices such as Agile, scrum, lean, kanban, devops, pair programming, etc.\n\nExperience of enterprise organizations and complex architectures.\n\nExperience leading, managing and coaching under-performing and high-flying staff\n\nDeep technical experience of implementation, architecture and infrastructure.\n\nA genuine love of technology, a desire to see how it works at a low level, with the ability to deliver business benefit.\n\nGood communication skills in English for reading, writing and speaking to coordinate effectively with foreign vendors.\n\nAbout Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance\n\nKrungthai-AXA Life Insurance Public Company Limited, created from a solid co-investment partnership between Krungthai Bank PCL. and the AXA Group, global financial protection and asset-management specialists.\nThe trademark of Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance is designed to indicate the combination of the two corporations.
