Secure GPT international team to deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.\nExpected skills & experience\nWe are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:\nExperience\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field\n7+ years of experience as a software engineer, with at least 3-5 years in a lead or senior role\nProven track record of successfully leading the delivery of complex software projects\nExperience in managing and mentoring a team of software engineers\nTechnical skills\nJavaScript/TypeScript development (Node.js) for the backend\n\nGithub / DevOps experience\n\nExperience in API operations and management\n\nCompetence in monitoring resources on Azure\n\nKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)\n\nTerraform and/or Bicep for automatic infra deployment\n\nExpertise in software design patterns, architecture principles, and development methodologies\n\nFamiliarity with agile software development practices and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Git, CI/CD)\n\nExperience with cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)\n\nStrong understanding of software testing, debugging, and performance optimization techniques\n\nSoft skills\n English : Independent user (C1) \nAbility to travel / ability to be relocated for short periods in other countries (France/Spain/Portugal) \nLeadership: Ability to inspire and motivate a team, provide guidance, and make decisions\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
