You will influence strategic decisions, introduce modern technologies and platforms, and guide solutions from initial design through successful delivery.\nThe opportunity\nAs Solution Architect, you will connect business ambition with technology execution. You will work across business, architecture, security, engineering, and delivery teams to define pragmatic solutions that support today’s priorities while moving the domain towards its target architecture. You will report to the Enterprise Architect for the domain and act as a trusted partner throughout the transformation.\nYour daily tasks:\nBuild a strong understanding of the Employee Benefits business, its priorities, and its challenges.\nHelp define and evolve the domain’s target architecture and transformation roadmap.\nDesign pragmatic solutions that balance strategic architecture, business outcomes, delivery timelines, budget, security, and non-functional requirements.\nExplore and propose innovative approaches using modern architectural patterns and technologies.\nDevelop solution options, explain trade-offs, and build alignment among business, architecture, security, and delivery stakeholders.\nPromote the reuse of existing capabilities and create reusable assets where they add value.\nDocument key architectural decisions across application cooperation, integration, identity and access management, information and technology viewpoints.\nGuide delivery teams and ensure that implemented solutions remain aligned with the agreed architecture.\nCollaborate closely with Enterprise and Business Architects, Delivery Managers, and lead functional and technical engineers.\nAct as a trusted sparring partner and coach within the architecture and engineering community.\nM ust have skills:\nAt least 10 years of relevant experience including 3 years of solution architecture on a large transformation program.\nAt least five years of relevant experience in solution architecture, software architecture, or a comparable role.\nStrong knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, services, event-driven architecture, etc.), and architectural concepts (service-oriented architecture, microservices, componentisation, domain-driven design, API-led connectivity, etc.)\nExperience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS serverless services and containers.\nKnowledge of BPMS and Agentic AI. Experience is an asset.\nVery good knowledge of IT market trends and technology evolution.\nExperience designing solutions with ArchiMate.
