Be a catalyst for a tech-led future!\nAbout the job\nJob purpose\nAs a Workplace Architecture Expert - Collaboration Services & Workplace AI, your main objective is to provide architecture vision, governance, and problem-solving for IT on a transversal architectural level, ensuring the proper implementation of the IT Strategy and the adoption of new technologies and market solutions in line with business priorities, all while supporting the organization to become a Tech-Led Company\nMain missions\n Vision and Strategy:Supporting & contributing to the definition and management of the company Technology vision, strategies and plans with focus on domains related to his role.\nContribute to Technology/Architecture CTO Community and Technology Governance of the Group:To cover global and local dimensions, which includes ensuring design and solution choices made in the entities are conform to Group Strategy in order to secure Group interests over the long-term (Architecture boards…).\nTo share technological visions, opportunities, and risks company-wide, and in particular interacts with senior business and IT executives.\n\nUnderstanding entities context & group standards & instructions.\nProducts Operational context & implementations designs (any constraints to be aware of…).\nUnderstand, define, build and maintain architecture & design patterns, jointly with Product engineering teams aiming to minimize technical complexity and leverage convergence opportunities:Architectures landscape.\nArchitecture Model & Maturity.\nArchitecture evolution, product design blueprints, target design analysis & options, recommendations.\nArchitecture up-to-date HLDs of validated targets.\nTransfer of knowledge & Supporting LLD delivery with Product teams (implementation teams).\n\nArchitecture governance preparation, animation & presentation activities supporting different products & projets.\nIn addition to support to multiple Workplace topics & projects that requires design activities.\nUsage of AI assistance for architecture topics, be familiar with the concept of architecture as code.\n\n Market Watch:Participate to forums of leading companies (cross-industries) and vendors in order to use and/or influence technology evolutions.\nIn particular, study industry trends and technologies in close collaboration with Group Data & Technology Innovation.\nManage evaluation, development, and deployment of relevant technologies (technology lifecycle & roadmaps).\nProvide support to all Group IT supporting functions, in particular for Procurement and Finance for large negotiations or assets.\n\nWorkplace Collaboration & AI Focus:Considering the current context of Workplace Collaboration services, which mostly rely on the M365 stack of products, taking part in the on-boarding discussions of new entities and product evolutions conversations\nContributing to defining the Workplace AI strategy and solutions from collaboration support to agent development capabilities\n\nExpected skills & experience\nExperience\n5+ years in Solution Architecture with advanced technical expertise.\nIn-depth experience in large-scale solutions architecture design and implementation for Workplace and AI projects.\nProven experience working in complex IT environments and international transformation initiatives.\nExperience in architecture evolution, planning, and financial considerations.\nTechnical skills\nExpert knowledge of Microsoft M365 and Copilot products.\nStrong knowledge of messaging, collaboration services, and meeting room integration.\nRobust understanding of security & compliance for workplace collaboration (DLP, authentication, authorization).\nStrong knowledge of Workplace AI, including GenAI and Agentic AI architecture principles, with integration experience.\nGeneral knowledge of modern workplace ecosystems and MS Identity stack (Entra ID, conditional access).\nBe familiar with AI assistance for architecture topics, understand the concept of architecture as code.\nSoft skills / transversal skills\nStrong human relationship and communication skills (English proficiency), fostering collaboration in a global team.\nAbility to translate complex architectural concepts for both technical and senior management audiences.\nArchitectural vision, problem-solving orientation, and strong analytical abilities.\nOpenness to new ideas, consensus-building, and courage to promote new ways of working.\nProactive team player with high-quality deliverable standards and adaptability to tight deadlines.\nWhere will you be in the organization?\nThe division\nYou will be part of Group Operations, under the Group CIO, within the Group Technology Office. This office defines and leads the technology vision and strategy for the Group, enabling innovation and growth while ensuring service quality aligned with business priorities.\nThe department / team\nYou will specifically work within the Infrastructure Technology Office, which mandates the infrastructure layer and technical products (Workplace, IAM, Cloud, Distributed, Network, API, EIP, Integration, Security). More precisely, you will be in the Workplace and IAM Architecture team, focusing on analysis topics around Workplace and IAM ecosystems.
