The role will partner closely with Sales, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Finance teams to drive forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and service level performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain monthly demand forecasts at SKU and customer levels.\nLead demand review and S&OP processes with cross-functional teams.\nAnalyze sales trends, market intelligence, and business drivers to improve forecast accuracy.\nMonitor and manage key KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Inventory, and OTIF.\nCollaborate with Supply Planning to balance customer service and inventory targets.\nSupport SAP S/4HANA, IBP, and planning process improvements.\nDrive continuous improvement and standardization of demand planning practices.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.\n5-8 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Planning.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with SAP ERP/S4HANA and planning tools preferred.\nStrong Excel, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills.\nFluent in Thai and English.\nPreferred\nExperience in Chemical, Coatings, Manufacturing, or FMCG industries.\nExposure to S&OP, IBP, or supply chain transformation projects.\nOur Company:\nAxalta has remained at the forefront of the coatings industry by continually investing in innovative solutions.
