Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Medewerker Buitendienst Voorraad & Service (40 uur) voor onze vestiging in Tiel (regio Zuid-Holland). Als Medewerker Buitendienst Voorraad & Service bezoek je wekelijks autoschadeherstelbedrijven in jouw regio. Jij houdt klanten aan het werk: je beheert de voorraad op locatie, zet bestellingen in gang en lost tekorten snel en creatief op (alternatief product, spoedbestelling of slimme workaround) zodat geen spuitproces stilvalt. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en ondersteunt onze Accountmanagers Sales.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Bezoeken van klanten op vaste routes binnen Zuid-Holland. (Vertrekpunt Tiel)
• Voorraadbeheer op locatie: controleren wat bijna op is en tijdig bestellen volgens het voorraadadvies.
• Orders invoeren en opvolgen in onze systemen.
• Magazijnonderhoud bij de klant: scanlabels aanbrengen/actualiseren en schappen correct vullen.
• Jaarlijkse checks: houdbaarheid controleren, inventarisaties uitvoeren en weegschalen controleren/kalibreren.
• Eerste aanspreekpunt voor dagelijkse klantvragen; complexe vragen zet je intern uit en volg je op.
• Troubleshooting bij tekorten: direct schakelen voor alternatief product, spoedlevering of herverdeling van voorraad.
• Nauw samenwerken met Sales voor een soepele klantbediening en het voorkomen van stilstand.

Kennis, vaardigheden & ervaring:

• MBO-niveau.
• Rijbewijs B (E is een pré).
• Fysiek fit en bereid om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
• Handig met computers en MS Office; ervaring met scanners/labels is een plus.
• Klantvriendelijk, stressbestendig, goed georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk
• Proactief, oplossingsgericht en een echte teamplayer met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
• Ervaring in de autobranche (schadeherstel/spuiterij/onderdelen) is een pré.
• Vloeiend Nederlands in woord en geschrift.
