PTA Scientist

Core Responsibilities:

• As needed, direct and lead part of process technology projects / activities
• Participate in the Plant and to support the plant goals related process technology
• Drive and provide support on process improvements leading to variable cost reduction, quality improvement and productivity gain.
• Drive and Provide support on new technology product localization, new equipment qualification, new alignment batch
• Provide support on root cause analysis of customer complaints and lingering operational issues leading to process
• Advance understanding of process variations and key parameter impacting the process performance
• As needed, direct and support process PSM relative activities (such as PHA, PT document)

Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in paint manufacturing process, operations, and/or process development with scale-up experience.
• Good English oral skill, office excel, word skill
• Good experience in APQP procedure (process design, PFMEA, control plan)
• Good computer skills including office, database, and statistics.
