PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:
Supervisarlasoperacionesdiariasdeproducciónasegurandoelcumplimientodelosobjetivosdeseguridad,calidad,productividadycostos.
Liderarydesarrollaralpersonaloperativo,promoviendoeltrabajoenequipo,lacomunicaciónefectiva,lacapacitacióncontinuayelcumplimientodelosestándaresdedesempeño.
Garantizarelcumplimientodelosprocedimientosdecalidad,supervisandoindicadores,auditorías,investigacionesdedesviacionesyaccionescorrectivas.
Asegurarlacorrectaejecucióndelosprogramasdeproducciónyelapegoaprocedimientosoperativos,prácticasestándarylineamientosdemanufactura.
Promoverunaculturadeseguridad,saludocupacionalycuidadoalmedioambiente,asegurandoelcumplimientodepolíticas,auditoríasycontrolesoperacionales.
Coordinaractividadesconáreasclavedelaplantaparagarantizarlacontinuidadoperativayelcumplimientodelosobjetivosdelnegocio.
Darseguimientoaldesempeñodeequipos,procesosypersonalparaprevenirdesviacionesquepuedanafectarlacalidad,seguridadoproductividad.
Administrarrecursoshumanosyoperativosdemaneraeficiente,asegurandounaadecuadadistribucióndepersonalytareasdentrodelaoperación.
Utilizarherramientasysistemasdegestión,incluyendoSAP,paraelseguimientodelaproducción,indicadoresycumplimientodelosplanesoperativos.
Impulsariniciativasdemejoracontinuaorientadasaoptimizarprocesos,reducirdesviacionesyfortalecerlaexcelenciaoperativa.
REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES:
Escolaridad:
Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Química
Años de experiencia: Experiencia de 2 años en proceso químico
Conocimientos técnicos:
Trabajo en equipo y habilidad para coordinar tareas con otros departamentos
Debe ser un líder que motive y organice a su personal
Capacidad para aprender por su cuenta y transmitir conocimientos
Don de mando y habilidad para la administración de su personal.
Sentido organizacional para la distribución del personal en las diferentes tareas que se administran.
Disponibilidad para trabajar más de 8 horas al día y en ocasiones 7 días a la semana
Haber participado como brigadista reconocido en primeros auxilios o emergencias (pertenece a la planta).
Alto grado de responsabilidad y disciplina.
Líder que motive y organice a su personal a trabajar en equipo.
