The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the migration of metadata between sandboxes and production, managing weekly production releases for CRM and eCommerce teams, and ensuring the smooth flow of changes through the development lifecycle. The candidate must have a strong background in Copado, with certification in Fundamentals I & II, and possess excellent development skills for effective conflict resolution.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMigration Management\nHandle the migration of metadata between all sandboxes and production environments.\nConduct weekly production releases for CRM and eCommerce teams.\nPerform back-promotions of changes pushed to production on a regular schedule.\nCopado Expertise\nOwn and maintain Copado tool and assist in implementing new features.\nProvide guidance to the team on correct usage of the tool.\nGovernance and Standards\nAssist in overall governance by ensuring compliance with standards before promoting changes between sandboxes.\nAct as a point of contact for requests related to moving changes, conducting necessary checks and validations.\nDevelopment and Conflict Resolution\nHave a solid background in software development to be capable of analyzing and adjusting code for conflict resolution.\nHave strong communication skills to coordinate with the development team and understand requirements prior to executing conflict resolution.\nLead planning and coordination of all changes across platforms.\nRelease Planning and Execution\nOversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Salesforce releases.\nLead planning and scheduling of changes to be deployed to the production SFDC system.\nManage day-to-day issues in syncing testing needs with the release calendar and change priorities.\nProcess Development and Documentation\nDevelop and establish guidelines for the deployment of changes to all SFDC systems.\nEnsure appropriate testing, Sign offs, and documentation are completed for all changes.\nCommunication and Leadership\nManage communication between different groups involved in the deployment process.\nSchedule and lead change review meetings.\nKey requirements:\nB.S. in Computer Science or equivalent Degree.\nCopado Fundamentals I & II certification (minimum requirement).\nStrong expertise in Copado tool.More than one year working as Release Manager or similar Role.\n\nProven experience as a qualified developer and knowledge on the Development Lifecycle.\nKnowledge on project methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum or Kanban.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills.\nAbility to lead and coordinate changes across platforms.\nAxalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
