engineering discipline.\n7+ years of experience developing mechanical or electromechanical products in a technical environment.\nExperience leading engineering projects, mentoring engineers, or providing technical leadership.\nDemonstrated success designing complex systems, subsystems, or assemblies.\nStrong understanding of product development from concept through production release.\nExperience with 3D CAD and PLM tools (Creo/Windchill or equivalent).\nStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.\nPrior experience managing direct reports within an engineering organization.\nExperience in semiconductor capital equipment, automation, robotics, vacuum systems, precision motion, or advanced manufacturing.\nExperience supporting new product introduction (NPI) programs.\nKnowledge of engineering analysis and validation methodologies.\nFamiliarity with SEMI standards, cleanroom environments, or high-reliability systems.\nExperience driving continuous improvement initiatives.\nTechnical Skills\nMechanical system and subsystem design\nPrecision
