We expect you to actively use AI and modern recruiting tools to improve sourcing, research, candidate assessment, communication, administration, and overall recruiting efficiency, and to continuously explore new ways technology can make us better.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn recruitment processes end-to-end, from intake and search strategy through sourcing, interviews, offers, and closing.\nProactively source and engage high-quality candidates, with search and direct outreach being a core part of the role.\nTake ownership of your roles and independently drive processes forward without requiring constant direction or follow-up.\nPartner closely with hiring managers, keeping them engaged, aligned, and accountable throughout the hiring process.\nMaintain a structured and organised approach across multiple searches, candidates, priorities, and stakeholders.\nContinuously challenge and improve how we attract, assess, engage, and hire talent.\nUse AI, automation, and modern recruiting technology to work faster, smarter, and more effectively.\nIdentify bottlenecks or problems early and proactively take action to resolve them.\nMove quickly while maintaining a high bar for skills, mindset, culture, and overall company fit.\nDeliver consistently against our hiring needs and business priorities.\nWho We’re Looking For\nProven experience owning recruitment processes within SaaS, technology, startup, or similarly fast-paced environments.\nStrong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, including identifying and engaging hard-to-find talent.\nComfortable working independently and taking full responsibility for delivering results.\nHighly proactive - you see what needs to happen and take action rather than waiting for instructions.\nStructured and organised, with the ability to manage several recruitment processes and priorities simultaneously.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and confidence working directly with hiring managers.\nComfortable challenging existing processes and introducing better ways of working.\nTech-savvy and genuinely interested in using AI, automation, and new technology as part of your everyday work.\nCommercial and results-oriented, with a strong understanding that successful recruitment is ultimately about delivering the right people to the business.\nComfortable operating in an environment where priorities change, decisions happen quickly, and everyone is expected to contribute beyond their immediate responsibilities.\nExperience working as a consultant, contractor, embedded recruiter, or in another delivery-focused environment is considered an advantage.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSuccess in this role is measured by impact.
