You continuously look for ways to improve reliability, scalability, and engineering efficiency, and actively leverage AI, automation, and modern engineering tools to troubleshoot problems, reduce manual work, and improve how we operate.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using Terraform.\nAWS Management: Oversee and optimize AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and other services.\nSite Reliability Engineering (SRE):Apply SRE principles to improve system availability, resilience, observability, performance, and overall production reliability.\nServerless Architecture: Develop and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda.\nEvent Streaming: Implement and manage Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and streaming.\nCI/CD Pipelines: Develop, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.\nAI & Automation: Actively explore and leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve DevOps workflows, troubleshooting, monitoring, incident response, and engineering efficiency.\nMonitoring and Logging: Set up and manage monitoring tools and logging systems to ensure system reliability and performance.\nSecurity and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies.\nCollaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand application requirements and ensure seamless integration and deployment.\nScripting and Automation: Create scripts and automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.\nRequired Qualifications:\nExperience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a strong focus on web applications and AWS infrastructure.\nTerraform: Proficient in using Terraform for infrastructure management.\nAWS Lambda: Extensive experience in developing and managing serverless applications using AWS Lambda.\nApache Kafka: Strong knowledge and experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming and real-time data processing.\nJavaScript Frameworks: Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, specifically Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS.\nSRE: Good understanding of SRE principles, including reliability, observability, incident management, availability, and performance.\nCI/CD Tools: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar.\nVersion Control: Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git.\nAI & Automation: Experience using, or a strong interest in leveraging, AI-powered tools and automation to improve infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and engineering workflows.\nMonitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar.\nContainers and Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, particularly Amazon EKS.\nProblem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.\nCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or other relevant AWS certifications.\nScripting Languages: Experience with additional scripting languages such as Python or Bash.\nAgile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.\nDatabases: Knowledge of database management and optimization (SQL and NoSQL).\nSoft Skills:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAttention to detail and a proactive approach.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s
