Working closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure our products remain commercially successful, aligned to customer needs and responsive to regulatory change, while identifying opportunities to enhance customer value through innovation, AI and emerging technologies.You'll be responsible for:\nDefine and deliver the product strategy and roadmap for Mercia's methodology and advisory portfolio.\nOwn products throughout their lifecycle, from concept and launch to ongoing improvement and optimisation.\nUse customer insight, market trends and regulatory developments to shape product direction.\nExplore opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to enhance customer value.\nWork closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts and technology partners to bring ideas to life.\nMonitor product performance and identify opportunities to drive growth, engagement and retention.\nSupport pricing, proposition development and go-to-market activity.\nWhat's the Best Thing About This Role?\nYou'll have the opportunity to take ownership of a well-established portfolio that's trusted by accountancy firms across the UK, while helping shape its future direction. You'll need to quickly build a deep understanding of our methodology and offering and identify where there are opportunities for improvement.\nIn this role, you'll help define what great product management looks like at Mercia.
