NET Core, React, and React Native products.\nDrive architecture across microservices, REST APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed applications.\nOwn engineering outcomes across reliability, scalability, latency, security, and availability.\nLead cloud-native development on Azure and AKS, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.\nDrive engineering practices around Clean Architecture, SOLID, TDD, code reviews, observability, and automated delivery.\nOversee data architecture and performance across SQL Server and Cosmos DB.\nEstablish strong monitoring, logging, tracing, SLOs, and incident management practices.\nPartner with Product, Architecture, Data Engineering, and global stakeholders to make pragmatic technical and product trade-offs.\nMentor senior engineers and build a high-ownership, high-accountability engineering culture.\n\nRequirements: \n7-14 years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in Tech Lead / Engineering Manager roles.\nStrong hands-on expertise with C#, .
