You will work closely with Hardware, Software, Firmware, Validation, and Platform Integration teams to keep projects on track, coordinate cross-functional activities, manage customer communications, and ensure successful program execution.\nWhat You Will Do\nProgram ExecutionDrive day-to-day execution of platform development and integration programs.\nCreate and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action items.\nTrack program progress, risks, issues, and deliverables.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to meet project goals and customer commitments.\nSupport platforms bring-up, validation, customer qualification, and product readiness activities.\nEscalate issues when needed and help drive timely resolution.\n\nCustomer & Team CoordinationServe as the primary program management contact for assigned projects.\nLead program reviews, status meetings, and follow-up activities.\nCoordinate customer communications, schedule alignment, and issue tracking.\nWork closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements and deliverables are aligned.\n\nProcess & ReportingMaintain accurate project documentation and status reports.\nImprove program-tracking, communication, and execution processes.\nHelp build scalable program management practices as the company grows.\n\n What We Are Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.\n5+ years of experience in program or project management within server platforms, firmware development, embedded systems, or related technology domains.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional engineering projects.\nStrong project planning, scheduling, and risk management skills.\nExcellent organization and follow-through.\nAbility to drive execution across teams without direct authority.\nStrong communication skills in English and Mandarin.\nNice to Have\nExperience with server platforms, AI systems, or data center technologies.\nFamiliarity with platform bring-up, hardware/software integration, BIOS, BMC, firmware, or system validation.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies.\nPMP, Scrum, or Agile certification.\nSuccess in This Role\nDeliver projects on schedule and meet customer commitments.\nMaintain clear visibility into milestones, risks, and dependencies.\nDrive effective coordination across engineering teams.\nResolve issues proactively before they impact delivery.\nBuild trust with customers
