You've shipped your first\ncampaign or test.\nIn\n90 Days\nYou've established our core demand\ngeneration channels, implemented proper tracking, and have a data-driven\nhypothesis about where to focus. You've made at least one key hire and have a\nclear roadmap for the next quarter.\nIn\n6 Months\nYou've built a predictable pipeline\ngeneration engine with clear metrics and accountability. Your team is humming,\nyour experiments are producing insights, and sales leadership considers you a\ntrusted partner. You're consistently hitting or exceeding pipeline targets.\nIn\n12 Months\n You've\nscaled the team and programs to support our revenue goals. You've established\nprocesses that allow the team to move fast without breaking things. You've\nproven which channels drive the best ROI and have a clear playbook for\ncontinued growth.\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou're\na Builder\nYou've built demand generation\nprograms from the ground up at least once before. You know the difference\nbetween strategy and tactics, but you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and\nexecute. You've hired and developed team members who've gone on to do great\nthings.\nYou're\nData-Obsessed\nYou make decisions based on data,\nnot gut feel or best practices from your last company. You're comfortable with\nanalytics tools, can interpret complex data sets, and know how to translate\ninsights into action. You understand attribution models and can build ROI cases\nthat finance teams respect.\nYou\nHave a Bias Toward Action\nYou'd rather ship an imperfect\ncampaign today than a perfect one next month. You're comfortable with ambiguity\nand can make decisions with incomplete information. When you see an\nopportunity, you move on it.
