working directly with customers, and building systems from first principles.\nRequirements\nCustomer & Transformation Engagement\nPartner directly with enterprise customers, transformation leaders, PMOs, architects, functional leads, and system integrators.\nDevelop a deep understanding of how large ERP and IT transformation programs are structured, governed, and executed.\nParticipate in customer discovery, solution design, technical workshops, pilots, and proof-of-concept engagements.\nTranslate complex business and transformation problems into technical solutions.\nWork directly with customer teams to understand their data, systems, workflows, and operational constraints.\nHelp customers deploy Axiamatic rapidly within their existing technology and operating environment.\nAct as a trusted technical partner to transformation leaders and enterprise stakeholders.\nEngineering & Applied AI\nLead engineers in building AI-powered solutions for complex enterprise transformation problems.\nDesign and implement AI agents, analytical workflows, data pipelines, integrations, and enterprise applications.\nDevelop technical approaches for analyzing requirements, workshop transcripts, user stories, project plans, risks, dependencies, testing artifacts, and other transformation data.\nDesign structured analytical workflows that enable AI agents to identify risks, gaps, dependencies, readiness indicators, and execution patterns.\nWork with LLMs, agentic architectures, retrieval systems, knowledge bases, knowledge graphs, and enterprise data.\nEstablish approaches for evaluating the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of AI-generated insights.\nBuild prototypes rapidly and iterate based on real-world customer feedback.\nEnsure solutions are secure, scalable, observable, and production-ready.\nFrom Customer Solution to Product\nIdentify recurring patterns across customer engagements.\nSeparate one-off customer requirements from capabilities that should Axiamatic's transformation intelligence platform.\nEngineering Leadership\nLead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing engineers.\nSet technical direction and engineering standards across customer-facing initiatives.\nBalance speed of customer delivery with long-term engineering quality.\nEstablish strong practices around code quality, testing, security, reliability, and observability.\nParticipate in architecture reviews, technical design, and critical implementation decisions.\nRecruit and develop engineers who thrive in ambiguous, customer-facing environments.\nCreate an engineering culture focused on ownership, rapid learning, and measurable customer outcomes.\nEnterprise Integrations & Deployment\nWork with customer technology teams to integrate Axiamatic with enterprise systems and data sources.\nDesign solutions involving APIs, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, document repositories, collaboration tools, and data platforms.\nUnderstand enterprise security, authentication, authorization, data governance, and deployment requirements.\nHelp customers navigate technical constraints associated with large enterprise environments.\nDevelop repeatable deployment patterns that reduce implementation time across customers.\nRequirements\n7-9 years of software engineering experience, with3+ years in engineering leadership or engineering management.\nExperience building and deploying production software in complex enterprise environments.\nExperience working directly with enterprise customers or business stakeholders.\nStrong experience with backend systems, APIs, distributed systems, data platforms, or enterprise applications.\nExperience leading teams through ambiguous, technically complex problems.\nStrong ability to rapidly prototype and turn prototypes into production-quality systems.\nExperience withAI/ML, LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, knowledge bases, or AI-powered applications.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, system design, APIs, data models, and cloud infrastructure.\nExperience working with enterprise data and integrating multiple systems.\nAbility to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical architectures.\nStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nComfortable working directly with customers in discovery sessions, workshops, pilots, and POCs.\nExperience operating in a fast-paced startup or highly ambiguous environment.\nStrong product sense and an ability to distinguish between customer-specific solutions and scalable product capabilities.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience withERP implementations, particularly SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Epicor.\nExperience working on large-scale digital transformation or IT transformation programs.\nExperience with enterprise consulting, system integrators, or technology transformation organizations.\nExperience building AI agents or LLM-based enterprise applications.\nExperience with knowledge graphs, graph databases, or relationship-based data models.\nExperience with enterprise workflow automation.\nExperience working with program-management, requirements-management, testing, change-management, or transformation platforms.\nExperience taking a solution from
