programs\nRequirements\nWork directly with customer transformation programs\nEngage with enterprise stakeholders including program leaders, PMOs, functional architects, andsystem integrators. \n\nUnderstand the structure and execution of large ERP or IT transformation programs. \nIdentify the key questions and risks that stakeholders need visibility into in order to manage theirprograms effectively.\n\nBuild analytical artifacts and solution\nCreate boards, analytical views, and program intelligence artifacts using the Axiomatic platform. \nSurface insights such as risk signals, traceability gaps, readiness indicators, and programdependencies. \n\nDeliver analysis that helps stakeholders make faster and more informed decisions.\nAuthor specifications for AI-driven analysis\nDefine structured specifications that guide how AI agents analyze transformation program data. \nEncode domain knowledge about transformation programs into reusable analytical frameworks. \nCollaborate with engineers and researchers to ensure analyses are accurate, reliable, and scalable.\nTranslate customer insights into product capabilities \nIdentify patterns across transformation programs and convert them into reusable product capabilities. \nWork closely with product, design, and engineering teams to productize solutions built for individualcustomers. \n\nEnsure that innovations developed during customer engagements scale across the broader customerbase.\n\nParticipate in pre-sales and pilot engagements \nPartner with sales and leadership teams during the pre-sales process. \nHelp prospective customers understand how Axiamatic can be applied to their transformationprograms. \n\nParticipate in discovery sessions, pilots, and proof-of-concept engagements. \nDemonstrate how the platform surfaces insights and delivers value for enterprise transformationinitiatives.\n\nDrive continuous product learning \nProvide feedback to product and quickly understand the value of the platform through the pilots anddemonstrations you help lead\n\nQualifications\nRequired \n5-10 years of experience in product management, enterprise software, consulting, transformationprograms, or pre-sales solution consulting. \n\nStrong hands-on experience building solutions, prototypes, analytical artifacts, or technicalworkflows. \n\nExperience supporting pre-sales engagements, solution discovery, or customer pilots. \nAbility to work directly with enterprise stakeholders and navigate complex transformationenvironments. \n\nStrong problem-structuring skills and the ability to translate complex program information intostructured analysis. \n\nCuriosity about AI technologies and emerging AI tools, with a strong desire to learn and experimentin a rapidly evolving field. \n\nPreferred \nExperience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. \nExperience in management consulting, transformation programs, or enterprise delivery roles.Familiarity with data analysis, AI/LLM systems, or knowledge graph-based platforms. \n\nComfort operating in ambiguous environments and building solutions from first
