Your mission is to transform concrete business needs into robust AI-powered software that can be deployed, monitored, improved, and scaled across the client. You work at the intersection of software engineering, GenAI, data, cloud, and business process automation. Azure will be the primary platform context, especially for Microsoft AI services and Foundry-based solutions, while selected open-source and cloud-agnostic frameworks remain important for flexibility.\nWhat You Will Do on a Daily Basis\nBuild AI applications, assistants, agents, and workflow automation components using modern GenAI engineering patterns;\n\nDesign and implement integrations with Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, APIs, enterprise systems, data platforms, and internal tools;\n\nDevelop retrieval, tool-use, orchestration, evaluation, monitoring, and guardrail components for production AI solutions;\n\nWork with data engineers and data scientists to connect models, prompts, workflows, and data pipelines into reliable end-to-end solutions;\n\nSupport the implementation of agentic workflows that can be reused by country teams;\n\nImprove developer experience, engineering standards, reusable templates, and production readiness for AI software delivery.\n\nYour Main Qualifications\nStrong software engineering skills in Python and SQL;\n\nExperience building GenAI applications, assistants, agents, or AI-enabled workflow automation;\n\nHands-on experience with Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, or comparable AI platforms;\n\nUnderstanding of RAG, prompt and context engineering, tool calling, evaluation, orchestration, and responsible production operation of AI systems;\n\nExperience working with APIs, cloud-native services, data pipelines, and enterprise integration patterns;\n\nComfortable using GenAI software engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or OpenCode;\n\nFluent in English.\n\nWhat We Offer\nStable professional career\nWorking with Axians projects becomes an asset to those of us who want to offer stability through a secure career.\nProspects for career advancement\nYou can access training and new certifications that will further elevate your skills.
