In this role, you will contribute to the development and operation of applications that serve as trusted data sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability across complex information ecosystems. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions, industrialize development processes, and support the delivery of high-quality software products.\nWhat You Will Do on a Daily Basis\nDesign, secure, and scale backend architectures for critical applications.\n\nDevelop and maintain solutions using Java and the Spring Framework.\n\nImplement and improve CI/CD pipelines following DevOps best practices.\n\nCollaborate with business users during validation and testing phases.\n\nDevelop and implement data exposure solutions through APIs and services.\n\nContribute to application lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nWork within Agile environments, ensuring efficient delivery and collaboration across teams.\n\nYour Key Skills\nStrong expertise in Java development using the Spring Framework.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL databases.\n\nSolid understanding of modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, microservices, unit testing, and version control.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as Docker.\n\nProficiency with Agile tools and methodologies, including Jira, Confluence, and ALM.\n\nYour Main Qualifications\nDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\nProven experience in senior or expert-level application management and software development roles.\n\nAbility to work across multiple responsibilities, combining technical, analytical, and leadership capabilities.\n\nExperience with data governance, data management, or referential data environments is considered a plus.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nStrong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.\n\nAdvanced level of English (written and spoken).\n\nKnowledge of French is considered a plus.\n\nWhat We Offer\nStable professional career\nWorking with Axians projects becomes an asset to those of us who want to offer stability through a secure career.\nProspects for career advancement\nYou can access training and new certifications that will further elevate your skills.
