You will manage Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, perform diagnostics, implement monitoring dashboards, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues efficiently. You will also contribute to maintaining operational documentation, improving service quality, and supporting the continuous optimization of monitoring and operational processes in a dynamic, international environment.\nWhat You Will Do on a Daily Basis\nEnsure proactive monitoring of production and non-production environments.\n\nHandle level 2 and 3 incidents and request tickets.\n\nPerform initial diagnostics, apply procedures, and escalate issues as needed.\n\nImplement dashboards to monitor environments and production plans.\n\nCollaborate with IT managers to resolve incidents, monitor service quality, and implement technical changes.\n\nParticipate in updating operational documentation and monitoring instructions.\n\nYour Key Skills\nExperience in technical support or IT operations (N1/N2).\n\nKnowledge of JIRA and GLPI CMDB ticketing tools.\n\nKnowledge of Linux (RHEL), Windows, monitoring environments (Nagios/Centreon), and scripting tools (Bash, PowerShell).\n\nData integration and design of interactive dashboards using the ELK/Kibana/Grafana stack.\n\nAvailability to carry out preventative measures.\n\nFluency in French (required).\n\nWhat We Offer\nStable professional career\nWorking with Axians projects becomes an asset to those of us who want to offer stability through a secure career.\nProspects for career advancement\nYou can access training and new certifications that will further elevate your skills.
