You will play a key role in incident resolution, application monitoring, deployment activities, and collaboration with development and infrastructure teams to guarantee operational excellence and business continuity.\nWhat You Will Do on a Daily Basis\nMonitor, maintain, and optimize business-critical applications, ensuring high availability and performance.\n\nParticipate in incident, problem, and change management processes, contributing to root cause analysis and long-term solutions.\n\nExecute deployments, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes following ITIL and DevOps best practices.\n\nCollaborate with development, infrastructure, and external service providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.\n\nImplement and enhance observability and monitoring solutions to proactively detect and prevent application failures.\n\nDocument technical environments, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.\n\nMonitor service quality through performance analysis, capacity monitoring, and reliability assessments.\n\nSupport infrastructure evolution projects and contribute to the design and commissioning of new environments.\n\nSupervise and coordinate operational activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and service levels.\n\nParticipate in on-call rotations to ensure support for critical applications and services.\n\nYour Key Skills\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities within complex production environments.\n\nExperience with incident management, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.\n\nSolid understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management.\n\nStrong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nAbility to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities in high-pressure environments.\n\nProactive mindset focused on system reliability, observability, and continuous improvement.\n\nOwnership, accountability, and attention to detail.\n\nResilience, adaptability, and effective time management.\n\nYour Main Qualifications\nMore than 6 years of experience in Application Production Support, IT Operations, or similar roles.\n\nExperience with Java Application Servers, particularly Red Hat JBoss EAP.\n\nKnowledge of Java troubleshooting and performance analysis, including heap dumps, thread dumps, and performance optimization.\n\nHands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Cloud environments.\n\nExperience with API Gateway platforms such as Axway or Apigee.\n\nStrong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).\n\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, and ELK.\n\nExperience with CI/CD tools including GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Nexus Sonatype.\n\nKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Ansible and/or Terraform.\n\nExperience with relational databases, namely Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.\n\nExperience working within Agile and Scrum environments.\n\nFluency in Portuguese.\n\nAdvanced professional proficiency in English.\n\nWhat We Offer\nStable professional career\nWorking with Axians projects becomes an asset to those of us who want to offer stability through a secure career.\nProspects for career advancement\nYou can access training and new certifications that will further elevate your skills.
