In this role, you will support settlement activities related to securities transactions, ensuring operational accuracy, timely execution, reconciliation processes, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external custodians. You will contribute to risk mitigation, operational excellence, and the smooth execution of post-trade activities in international markets.\nWhat You Will Do on a Daily Basis\nMonitor and ensure the successful settlement of securities transactions and related products.\n\nPerform cash and position reconciliations across internal systems and local custodians.\n\nFollow up on client instructions in international markets until final settlement.\n\nInvestigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and settlement discrepancies.\n\nManage stock forecasting activities, including cross-border operations and fail coverage borrow processes.\n\nMaintain and update reference data in coordination with relevant teams.\n\nRespond to operational queries and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.\n\nEnsure procedures, checklists, and operational documentation remain up to date.\n\nContribute to the reduction of settlement costs and operational risks.\n\nEscalate issues when appropriate and support the overall success of the settlement function.\n\nYour Key Skills\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nExcellent organizational and prioritization skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.\n\nCollaborative mindset with strong teamwork capabilities.\n\nClient-focused approach and commitment to service quality.\n\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to understand, explain, and support operational changes.\n\nAwareness of operational and risk management principles.\n\nYour Main Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\n\nUp to 2 years of experience in Banking Operations, Financial Operations, Securities Settlement, or related areas.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel.\n\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Outlook.\n\nUnderstanding of reconciliation processes and financial market operations is highly valued.\n\nFluent English (minimum C1 level).\n\nWhat We Offer\nStable professional career\nWorking with Axians projects becomes an asset to those of us who want to offer stability through a secure career.\nProspects for career advancement\nYou can access training and new certifications that will further elevate your skills.
