You will play a key role in incident resolution, platform monitoring, deployments, and continuous service improvement, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT services and reliable application support.\nWhat You Will Do on a Daily Basis\nMonitor and maintain business-critical applications, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.\n\nParticipate in incident and problem management activities, including root cause analysis and implementation of long-term solutions.\n\nExecute deployments, change requests, upgrades, and patches following ITIL and DevOps best practices.\n\nCollaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to troubleshoot issues and improve application reliability.\n\nImplement, optimize, and promote observability and monitoring practices across production environments.\n\nMaintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.\n\nSupport infrastructure and application-related projects, including new platform implementations and production releases.\n\nContribute to service quality monitoring through performance analysis, capacity management, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nParticipate in on-call rotations to support critical applications and ensure operational continuity.\n\nShare knowledge and best practices with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.\n\nYour Key Skills\nStrong expertise in Application Production Support and IT Operations.\n\nSolid experience with Java Application Servers (RedHat JBoss EAP) and Java performance analysis.\n\nExperience working with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Cloud-based environments.\n\nKnowledge of API Gateway technologies such as Axway or Apigee.\n\nStrong Linux administration skills (RHEL).\n\nHands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, and ELK.\n\nExperience with CI/CD tools and processes, including GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Nexus.\n\nKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.\n\nExperience working with relational databases including SQL Server and PostgreSQL.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills in complex production environments.\n\nYour Main Qualifications\nMore than 6 years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support, or Production Support environments.\n\nExperience coordinating technical activities and contributing to infrastructure and application projects.\n\nStrong understanding of ITIL principles, incident management, problem management, and service governance.\n\nAbility to document technical environments, operating procedures, and support processes.\n\nProven experience working in cross-functional and agile environments.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nHigh level of autonomy, accountability, and ownership.\n\nResilience, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure.\n\nFluent Portuguese communication skills.\n\nAdvanced level of English (written and spoken).\n\nWhat We Offer\nStable professional career\nWorking with Axians projects becomes an asset to those of us who want to offer stability through a secure career.\nProspects for career advancement\nYou can access training and new certifications that will further elevate your skills.
