You will play a key role in designing and implementing data architectures, developing high-performance data pipelines, and supporting business users in the evolution of Business Intelligence solutions. Working closely with Risk, Finance, and IT teams, you will contribute to the delivery of reliable, scalable, and data-driven solutions that support critical business decisions.\nWhat You Will Do on a Daily Basis\nDesign and develop high-performance ETL/ELT data pipelines to feed Data Warehouses according to business requirements.\n\nBuild and maintain scalable data integration solutions using modern data engineering practices.\n\nImplement flow automation through CI/CD pipelines and support the end-to-end deployment of solutions across environments.\n\nDesign and optimize data models, schemas, and architectures following Business Intelligence best practices.\n\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient data solutions.\n\nSupport and guide end users in the use of Dataiku while promoting data engineering best practices.\n\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and improve data workflows to ensure reliability, quality, and performance.\n\nParticipate in the continuous improvement of Risk Reporting & Analytics platforms and services.\n\nProvide technical expertise and recommendations regarding data architecture and engineering standards.\n\nMentor junior team members and share knowledge with stakeholders across the organization.\n\nContribute to Agile ceremonies and project delivery activities.\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.\n\nYour Key Skills\nStrong experience in Data Engineering and Data Integration projects.\n\nSolid knowledge of ETL and/or ELT processes.\n\nStrong proficiency in SQL, Python and/or PySpark.\n\nYour Main Qualifications\nBetween 5 and 7 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.\n\nStrong experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Alteryx, Talend, or similar solutions.\n\nProven experience designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and data architectures.\n\nHands-on experience with SQL, Python and/or PySpark, and Apache Nifi.\n\nKnowledge of Dataiku is highly valued.\n\nKnowledge of SAS, Power BI, and Tableau is considered a plus.\n\nExperience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is considered a plus.\n\nFluency in English.\n\nFrench and/or Portuguese knowledge is considered a plus.\n\nWhat We Offer\nStable professional career\nWorking with Axians projects becomes an asset to those of us who want to offer stability through a secure career.\nProspects for career advancement\nYou can access training and new certifications that will further elevate your skills.
