The role is responsible for building long-term technical relationships, translating customer requirements into structured Business Requirements Documents, maintaining customer roadmaps and driving customer-specific demos that increase adoption and expansion of our platforms.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Account Ownership & Customer Engagement\nAct as the primary engineering counterpart for assigned customers across releases and platforms\nEstablish regular technical engagements to understand customer challenges and strategic priorities\nProactively identify use cases and opportunities to increase platform adoption\nRequirements Management & BRDs\nCapture enhancement requests, change requests and new feature requirements during customer engagements\nProduce structured BRDs validated directly with customers\nQualify requests against existing platform capabilities and product scope\nCustomer Roadmaps & Product Feedback\nMaintain a roadmap for each assigned customer, tracking requirements and implementation progress\nPresent validated BRDs through the weekly Client Engineering - Practices review\nIdentify whitespace opportunities, adjacent modules and future expansion initiatives\nDemo Environment & Use Cases\nOwn and maintain the Client Engineering demo environment\nDesign customer-specific use cases and demonstrations aligned to business objectives\nMaintain a repository of reusable demos and use cases for Malaysia and Indonesia\nCommercial Technical Support\nPartner with Sales and the COO organisation during customer engagements\nProvide technical guidance and validate solution feasibility\nOwn technical follow-up activities from commercial discussions\nSupport opportunity qualification and progression through technical input\nPerson Specifications\nCustomer-first problem-solving mindset\nSolutioning architecture and design skills\nAbility to translate technical complexity into business value\nStrong documentation skills (BRDs, technical roadmaps, solution documentation)\nTelecom domain expertise, including BSS/OSS, charging, provisioning, and network APIs\nAPI and integration architecture knowledge\nUnderstanding of fintech and payment ecosystems\nVendor submissions -
