Learn more at www.axiawh.com.\nAs a Specialty Application Analyst, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that’s hyper-focused on providing a superior technology environment to our over 100 Care Centers and nearly 2,000 clinical and administrative staff across the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions. In this role, you’ll assist with, but not limited to, Clinical Imaging information system environment, Lab applications, Fertility EMR, interface integrations and any other ancillary applications. You will drive improvements, help us manage the day-to-day work and be an integral part of the broader IT team as Axia continues to grow across the nation.\nEssential Functions:\nAct as liaison between IT and business stakeholders to anticipate problems and provide solutions to complex issues with the necessary priorities.\nUse in-depth information and analysis to understand issues which are often highly technical and complex in nature.\nMonitor and oversee the performance of the laboratory information systems, clinical imaging systems, and Corepoint to ensure that it is functioning correctly and meeting the needs of the department.\nManage the integration of systems while developing and maintaining functional and technical specifications.\nDevelop, implement, and execute requested projects as needed by the clinical area. This could include but is not limited to Lab Analyzer and Studycast implementation, optimization requests with extensive application build, and new applications or enhancement request.\nIdentify opportunities to improve workflows or address areas of concern while in collaboration with the broader IT team and business partners to execute those opportunities.\nMaintain all required regulatory documentation in an inspection-ready manner.\nPerform in-depth testing for new software updates and projects while maintaining and developing testing scripts.\nTravel up to 20%\nQualities & Skills:\nKnowledge of Orchard products, Studycast, eClinicalWorks, Artisan, Corepoint, a plus.\nFamiliarity with HL7, API, SFTP interfaces and SQL a plus.\nExcellent stakeholder management and project management skills.\nAbility to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication as well as oral presentation skills\nEffective communication and collaboration skills.\nWillingness to be on call as required.\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor's (BA or BS) degree or equivalent blend of education and experience.\n3-5 years of Healthcare IS experience, preferably with in-depth knowledge of an array of Healthcare applications.\nKnowledge of HL7 and DICOM.\nExperience with Interface engines and SQL a plus.\nThe estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position.
