口径下的财务数据整理及披露套资料准备。\n3.资本项目推进与中介协调:协助CF0推进上市及融资相关事宜,跟过#项目时间表、资料清单、问题清单、会议纪要和待办事项,协调外部中介及内部相关部门推动事项闭环。\n4.融资尽调与对外资料支持:协助融资及投资人尽调过程中的财务资料准备和口径说明用,包括历史财务数据、业务数据、客户供应商、资金流水、股权结构、关联交易、资本开支等等资料的组织、复核和归档。\n5.财务数字化协同:协助CF0推进财务相关数字化建设,围绕财务数据规范、审批流程优化、资料归档、系统取数和管理报表等场景,配合信息化团队提升财务管理效率和数据可追追溯性\n6.建立和优化专业化的财务团队,不断提升财务专业度,满足业务高速发展需求。\n7.完成上级交给的其他工作任务。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1.全日制本科及以上学历,财务、会计、经济等相关专业,CPA优洗。\n具备8年以上财务、审计、上市公司、拟上市公司或资本项目相关工作经验具备\"事务所审计/咨询经验+\n上市公司财务管理经验\"的复合背景优先。\n3.熟悉IFRS国际财务报告准则及中国企业会计准则,精通财务管管理、成本控制、税务筹划及风险管理领域。\n具备较强的资料统筹、数据复核、问题识别和项目管理能力,能够协调内部团队、外部中介及相关业务部门推\n进资料准备、问题反馈和事项闭环。\n5.具备良好的职业道德和职业操守,能够承受工作压力,适应快节节奏的工作环境","description_format":"text","description_chars":803,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Chinese","level":"Advanced
