\n5、主导部门级专项项目的策划与实施，涵盖技术预研专项、效能提升专项、工具链建设专项等，制定专项目标、实施路径及验收标准，协调跨部门资源确保专项高质量交付; \n6、负责研发部门对外接口事务的统一管理与协调，对接产品、供应链、质量、销售等上下游部门，建立高效的信息同步与需求传递机制，减少部门间沟通损耗与信息偏差; \n7、完善产品开发项目管理流程与模板，组织项目复盘并建立风险案例库与最佳实践库，持续沉淀组织过程资产。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业，5年以上智能硬件、电子设备或相关领域研发/项目管理工作经验，其中至少2年独立主导过复杂硬件产品从EVT到MP的全流程项目; \n2、具备良好的技术理解力，能够与软硬件研发团队进行有效技术沟通，理解技术方案逻辑与接口依赖关系，具备参与技术评审与方案讨论的能力; \n3、精通硬件/软件协同开发流程及项目管理方法论，熟练使用Jira/禅道、Microsoft Project等研发管理工具，具备较强的风险识别、预判与应对能力，持有PMP或ACP认证者优先; \n4、具备出色的跨部门沟通与冲突解决能力，能在研发、产品、供应链等多方诉求间寻求平衡并输出可执行方案，逻辑清晰、数据驱动，具备在多项目并行环境下高效决策与推进的能力;
