岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、根据产品功能、需求进行系统分析，并转化成合理的创新结构设计方案;

2、负责主导机器人或灵巧手的机械系统、子系统或关键零部件的概念设计、详细设计、仿真分析、原型制造、测试验证的工作;

3、负责通过CAE（动力学仿真、有限元分析）的工具对产品进行数据分析和问题定位，并且解决产品在开发试产和量产过程中出现的机械相关问题;

4、与供应商和制造团队协作完成关键零部件的选型和验收;

5、输出技术文档，并对设计成本，设计质量及项目计划负责;

6、参与基础性技术研究与开发工作，包括技术专题研究、技术难题攻关。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科以上学历，3年以上机器人行业工作经验，5年以上独立设计的工作经验;

2、熟练掌握机械原理、机械设计、材料力学等专业知识;

3、熟悉产品研发流程，至少具备3款产品量产落地经验;

4、具有较强的机械绘图能力，熟练使用Proe/Solidworks等设计软件以及Anasys相关CAE软件;

5、熟悉钣金、机加、注塑、压铸等常用工艺的设计规范，并有一定的实际设计经验;

6、具备创新性思维，对产品现有方案、行业成熟技术进行深层次思考，能从第一性原理出发提出更优解决方案。
